PJSC “Sinelnikovskaya Thermal Insulation” produces ceramic ordinary bricks full-bodied and hollow, single and thickened “SINTIZ®”, used for all classes of construction.
Our bricks have high strength, durability and stability. Brick is a traditionally popular building material, and most importantly – a building material produced from natural raw materials without the use of harmful additives, which allows it to ensure its ecological purity.
“SINTIZ®” brick is certified in Ukraine according to DSTU B V.2.7-61:2008. The company has a permanent quality control laboratory.
“SINTIZ®” ceramic ordinary brick production technology.
Ceramic ordinary brick “SINTIZ®” is produced by plastic moulding, consisting of several stages:
– extraction of raw materials – high-quality clay;
– preparation of raw materials, cleaning of clay;
– formation of raw bricks;
– drying;
– firing bricks in furnaces, which allows you to make bricks of low water absorption, frost-resistant and durable.
The strength of the brick corresponds to M-100, M-125, in terms of frost resistance – 15 cycles.
A properly burned brick will have a red-brown hue and ring when hit.
The remaining shades of bricks are obtained from other clay varieties or with the addition of pigments.
