Packing
Wool is produced in rolls and ground form, without any organic binding agent and in other forms according to customer' specifications. Packing: 7-15 kg sacks.

Application
- filling of expansion clearances in refractory brickwork and concrete lining
- repair of refractory linings and metal work coatings
- sealing of cracks and filling of cavities in refractory brickwork
- packing of heat-insulating layers in industrial trucks of furnaces
- preparation of refractory putties, gun mixtures for flameproof ship deck fillers

HEAT-INSULATING MULLITE-SILICEOUS REFRACTORY WOOL

Heat-insulating mullite-siliceous refractory wool is produced by melting of pure aluminum and silicon oxides in electric furnaces with fiber formation by the blowing method.
Zirconium or chrome oxides are introduced into fiber composition to increase the batting application temperature. This fiber is characterized by good heat-insulating and electrical insulating properties. The material is used as a temperature-compensating one, as well as a main component for refractory product manufacture (boards, cardboard) and shaped products (shells, crucibles, brake blocks)
